DYM Trends Access Terms.

Prepared: 19 September 2026. Effective when public activation opens.

1. Service

DYM Trends is a digital analytics product operated by DYMETRICENSURE through FPL DYM. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by displayed leagues, federations or clubs.

2. Free Trial

The Free Trial provides 30 days of Premier League trends from activation. It is limited to one trial per verified account and WhatsApp number. Duplicate, automated or abusive activations may be refused or revoked.

3. Pro access

DYM Trends Pro costs ₦2,000 for 30 days or ₦10,000 for 365 days. The yearly plan saves 58% against twelve monthly purchases. A new purchase during the final 30 days starts its term after current paid access ends. Where the Paystack setting passes transaction charges to the customer, Paystack may add its processing fee. The complete total is displayed before payment approval. It is a one-time website purchase and does not renew automatically. Paystack processes payment. Pro is an analytics entitlement and does not buy, reserve or guarantee admission to any FPL DYM competition.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except for duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges, failure to activate after confirmed payment, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Requests must include the Paystack reference.

5. Referrals

An eligible verified referral partner may receive 20% of a referred manager’s first successful paid Pro purchase attributed through a valid link or code. Renewals do not qualify. This rule applies to new rewards; previously recorded rewards remain subject to their existing validation status. Commission remains pending for at least 14 days and is cancelled by a refund, reversal, self-referral, duplicate account or abuse. Referral partners must not collect payment, promise outcomes or create multi-level referral arrangements.

Referral attribution begins when a valid code is saved to the signed-in account. The first valid code remains for 60 days across devices; later links cannot replace it during that period. Expired codes or codes belonging to suspended partners may be replaced. Before sign-in, attribution is stored only in the browser.

6. Data and accuracy

Football and FPL information may be delayed, provisional, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. “Not yet seen” describes completed matches in the selected round and is not a prediction that an outcome is due.

7. Acceptable use

Access belongs to the named account holder. Users must not share accounts, scrape or redistribute underlying data, bypass access controls, overload endpoints or operate a competing raw-data service.

8. Changes and suspension

Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, security risk or material breach. Supported competitions and features may change, but an active paid period will not be shortened solely because of a future price change.

9. Not betting advice

DYM Trends supplies descriptive statistics and FPL analysis. It does not guarantee outcomes or provide financial or wagering advice.
