How FPL DYM handles account, competition and communication data.

Last updated: 21 September 2026.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to users of the FPL DYM website, progressive web app and related competition services. FPL DYM is an independent fantasy football community and is not affiliated with the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use FPL DYM, we may process account information such as your email address and authentication identifier; competition information such as FPL ID, manager name, team name, aliases, league participation, results, standings, One Shot selections and match predictions; and communication preferences such as whether you opt in to the Weekly DYM Roundup or other updates.

Registration activities may also collect information submitted through the official registration form, including full name, gender, FPL team name, WhatsApp number, favourite football club and other information relevant to league administration. Information submitted to a Google Form is also subject to Google's service terms and privacy practices.

3. Why we use the information

We use relevant data to administer competitions, verify manager identity, calculate and display standings and results, provide personalised My DYM features, operate One Shot and Weekly Predictions, score predictions, maintain competition records, prevent duplicate entries or ownership claims, provide requested communications, troubleshoot the service, and protect competition integrity.

4. Legal and operational basis

We process account and competition information where it is necessary to provide the service requested by the user and to administer FPL DYM competitions. Optional email communications are sent only when the user has opted in and may be disabled at any time.

5. Service providers

FPL DYM uses third-party service providers to operate the service. These currently include Supabase for authentication and application data, Netlify for web hosting and server functions, Resend for opted-in email delivery, Google services for selected registration/community content, and the official Fantasy Premier League service as a source of public fantasy-football data. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their respective services.

6. Public competition information

Some competition information is intentionally public, including team names, manager display names, aliases, FPL IDs where used for verified team connections, league positions, match results, honours and competition history and Weekly Prediction leaderboard scores. One Shot selections and match predictions are kept confidential from other managers until the applicable deadline or settlement, although authorised administrators may access them beforehand for competition administration.

7. Email preferences

The Weekly DYM Roundup and other non-essential update categories are opt-in. Every applicable email includes an unsubscribe or preferences mechanism. Unsubscribing from a roundup does not delete your FPL DYM account.

8. Retention

Account and preference information is retained while needed to operate the account and service. Competition records may be retained for historical integrity, record keeping and honours, including after an account-deletion request where retention is appropriate. Where possible, retained historical records may be separated from active account credentials or reduced to the competition information necessary to preserve the record.

9. Account deletion and other requests

You may request deletion of your FPL DYM account from the Profile area or through the public Account Deletion page. You may also request access to or correction of account information. Account deletion removes or deactivates the login account and associated account-level information after review. Some historical competition results may be retained where necessary to preserve the integrity of past competitions.

10. Security

FPL DYM uses authenticated sessions, row-level security where applicable, server-side administrative functions and restricted environment secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use a unique password and protect access to their email account.

11. Children

FPL DYM is intended for users able to participate in the relevant fantasy-football and community services under applicable platform rules. We do not knowingly design the account service to collect personal information from young children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will remain available on this page and the update date will be revised.

13. Contact

For privacy or account questions, use the official channels on the Contact page.
