Two managers meet each Gameweek. Higher official FPL score wins the fixture.
Wins earn 3 points, draws 1 and losses 0. DPL and DCL play home and away across 38 fixtures. New managers enter through DBL.

Thirty-six qualifiers from DPL, DCL and DBL—including the title holder—compete in a league phase and knockout rounds.
