DYM Trends Privacy Notice.

This notice supplements the FPL DYM Privacy Policy.

Information processed

We process account identifiers, email, a one-way protected representation and last four digits of the WhatsApp number used for trial-abuse prevention, entitlement status and dates, payment references, referral codes, commission records and limited security logs.

WhatsApp and communications

A WhatsApp number is required to activate the trial but is not required for public competition browsing. Operational messages and optional marketing consent must be handled separately. A number used for trial-abuse controls is not exposed publicly.

Payments

Paystack processes checkout and card information under its own terms. FPL DYM and DYMETRICENSURE do not store full card numbers or security codes.

Referral measurement

Referral links may store a code and expiry in the browser for up to 60 days. We record limited click, conversion and commission information to attribute purchases and prevent abuse.

Football information

API-Football supplies match information used for football trends. Official FPL information and DYM records support FPL analysis. Raw provider data is not offered as a bulk customer feed.

Retention and rights

Records are retained only as needed for access, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support and legal or accounting obligations. Use the Contact page to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, subject to applicable requirements.
