Participation terms

Terms & Conditions.

The general terms that apply when using FPL DYM services and competitions.

Last updated: 21 September 2026.

1. About FPL DYM

FPL DYM is an independent fantasy-football community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Official FPL scoring remains the source data for fantasy points where stated in the competition rules.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, registering for a competition, submitting a One Shot pick or match prediction, or otherwise participating in FPL DYM, you agree to these Terms, the applicable competition rules and the Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information used to claim a team and for keeping your login credentials secure. A team may have only one approved account owner at a time where the platform enforces ownership. FPL DYM may reject, block, revoke or reassign a claim where necessary to protect competition integrity.

4. Competition rules

Competition formats, scoring, promotion and relegation, qualification, tie-breakers and One Shot rules are set out in the Rules Centre. Weekly Prediction scoring awards five points for an exact match score and two points for a correct match outcome. It is a free football forecasting activity with no stake, entry fee or guaranteed cash prize. Where an operational issue is not expressly covered, FPL DYM administrators may make a reasonable determination consistent with the published format and competition integrity.

5. Data and scoring

FPL DYM relies on official Fantasy Premier League data and other configured competition records. Temporary delays, API interruptions or later FPL corrections may cause provisional information to change. Finalised results are determined according to the published rules and the authoritative data available to the competition.

6. Fair play

Users must not attempt to manipulate ownership claims, access confidential pre-deadline selections, submit through multiple accounts, interfere with the service, impersonate another manager, or exploit technical faults for competitive advantage.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, network failures and FPL API availability may temporarily affect features.

8. Community conduct

Community participation should remain competitive but respectful. FPL DYM may moderate access to community features or competitions where conduct materially disrupts other participants or the administration of the league.

9. External links and services

The app links to external services including Fantasy Premier League, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google and other community resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through Profile or the Account Deletion page. Historical competition results may be retained where necessary for record integrity, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

FPL DYM may update these Terms or competition administration arrangements when necessary. Material competition-rule changes will be reflected in the Rules Centre.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the official Contact channels.
